Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 9 to 15 business days.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
The display of any item on our website does not constitute an offer to sell. We are under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items from us. While we will acknowledge your order as soon as possible, we are not obligated to supply the requested products unless they are in stock and available at the specified prices.
If any items you order are out of stock, subject to delay, or priced higher than indicated at the time of your order, we will attempt to contact you via the email address provided. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response, we will proceed with processing the remaining items in your order.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the specified recipient in perfect condition and
within the shortest possible time. Orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and
internationally are shipped via DHL for expedited delivery. Each purchase is insured
during transit until it is delivered to you.
If you wish to track your order and have not received an email with tracking details, please contact us at customercare@meshkaafashion.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Delivery details, including the recipient's name, address, and contact number, are stored solely for shipping purposes. No other personally identifiable information will be retained.
We strive to dispatch most orders within 4–7 business days, subject to item specifications, credit card clearance, stock availability, order time, address verification, and delivery conditions. In case of unexpected delays or out-of-stock items, you will be notified via email or phone.
We ship to all countries via DHL and Sky Express. Depending on the destination, some items may be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any customs duties or taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery, are unavailable, or fail to accept the shipment despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your order will be returned to Meshkaa, and you will be responsible for unpaid duties, taxes, and any additional shipping costs.
We offer free shipping within Saudi Arabia and internationally. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE, REFUND & RETURNS
While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to assist you with a size exchange if your item doesn’t fit as expected.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
You must submit your request within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To request an exchange, please email us at: customercare@meshkaafashion.com Include your order number, the item name, and the new size requested.
Once your item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 2–3
business days, plus delivery time.
DAMAGED GOODS
Although all items undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch, if you receive a
damaged product, please email customercare@meshkaafashion.com within two business
days of receiving the package, quoting your Order Number, a description of the damage,
and, if possible, an image of the defect.
Once we confirm your request, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Upon
receiving and inspecting the damaged item, we will notify you via email and provide an
estimated dispatch date for a replacement.
The replacement item will be shipped free of charge. If the item is unavailable, we will issue
a credit note (valid for six months) or process a refund within 15-30 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order after making an online payment, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.
STORE CREDIT TERMS
Subject to our return policy, if an exchange is not possible at the time of return, Meshkaa
Fashion will issue store credit.
Store credit is only valid for purchases made on meshkaafashion.com
It cannot be transferred to another person or account. Store credit cannot be purchased and is only issued when returning an item and selecting Store Credit as the refund method. Store credit may be used to purchase gift cards (if available). If a purchase exceeds the store credit balance, an additional payment method will be required for the remaining amount.
To check your store credit balance, log into your Meshkaa Fashion account, where it will
be displayed under "My Account."
PAYMENT
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD (for international orders) and SAR (for regional orders). If you choose "Credit Card Online" as your payment method, the
cardholder's name must match the customer ID details.
At this stage, we do not accept:
Cash on delivery
Bank transfers
Checks
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card
issuer. If your payment is declined, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery of
your order. For security reasons, first-time online customers may be required to have their
shipping address match the billing address on the card.

While MESHKAAFASHION implements industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee that our website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or security breaches. Accessing the website is at your own risk. We are not liable if our services are unavailable due to factors beyond our control. Content on this website is presented "as is" without guarantees of accuracy. We reserve the right to amend errors, update product information, withdraw site content, or make changes at any time.
NOTICES
The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same as those printed on your Transaction Receipt. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.meshkaafashion.com policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
