Shipping Policy
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the available items first. When the remaining item becomes available, it will be shipped separately.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items ordered and your location.
Delivery dates may vary depending on carrier practices, destination, shipping method, and the number of items ordered. Orders may also arrive in multiple shipments.
Domestic Shipping Policy & Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit.
If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Meshkaa Fashion is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (customs, duties, taxes, inspection fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Meshkaa Fashion is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
Your order will arrive approximately 7–14 days after it is placed.
When ordering outside Saudi Arabia, the recipient is responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported into the destination country.
The recipient becomes the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including payment of:
- Import taxes
- Customs duties
- Clearance fees
Meshkaa Fashion has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
To avoid delays:
- Provide a valid phone number for customs to contact you if required.
- Do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty/tax payments.
Most carriers hold a package for 5 days before returning it to the sender.
Meshkaa Fashion does not refund shipping charges for orders refused at customs.
Customs & Regulations
Your local customs office may request additional documents to clear your package, which may delay delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring the items you order meet your country’s import regulations.
Meshkaa Fashion cannot be held liable for items not accepted by customs.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees once your payment is processed.
These fees depend on your bank’s policies.

Return and Refund Policy
🚫 Refund Policy
Please note that refunds are not permitted. We encourage you to double-check your size and measurements prior to placing your order.
Once a purchase is completed, it is considered a final sale and is non-refundable, even in the case of sizing issues.
🔁 Size Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes sizing doesn’t work out. That's why we offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
- The request for exchange must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Only 1 size exchange is allowed per item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Meshkaa will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and the desired size in your message.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange within 2–3 business days, plus delivery time.
💡 Important: Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders.
However, return shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
No returns will be accepted without prior email confirmation from our customer care team.
📏 How to Choose the Right Size
To help you get the perfect fit the first time, please refer to our size chart and follow the instructions below:
- Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist – Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.
- Hips – Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.
- Leg Length – Measure from your waist down to the heel, following the natural contour of your leg.
- Arm Length – Measure from your shoulder to wrist, along the curve of your relaxed arm.
